We handle personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules. By using our website or sharing your data with us, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2.1 Data you give us

When you book a demo class or enquire, enrol in a course, use the student portal, contact us, apply through our careers page or fill in a survey, we may collect:

• Name, phone number, email address and city
• Age or date of birth, educational qualification and work background
• Course interest, batch preference and enquiry history
• Parent or guardian details, if the student is under 18
• Identity or address proof, where needed for admission
• Fee, payment and instalment records (card, UPI and bank details are handled by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs)
• Attendance, assignments, projects, portfolio work and assessment results
• Resume and interview details, if you use our placement assistance
• Photographs and videos, where you consent to them

2.2 Data collected automatically

• IP address, device type, browser and operating system
• Pages visited, time spent and the website that referred you
• Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 6)

3. Why We Use Your Data

We use your data only for specific, lawful purposes:

• Responding to enquiries and booking demo classes
• Processing admission, fees, receipts and refunds
• Delivering training, attendance tracking, certification and student support
• Sharing course updates, schedules, reminders and offers by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp
• Providing placement assistance, such as sharing your profile with hiring partners
• Improving our website, courses and student experience
• Preventing fraud, ensuring security and meeting legal, tax and accounting duties

You can opt out of promotional messages at any time (see Section 8). Service messages, such as fee reminders and class updates, will continue while you are a student.

4. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with:

• Group and payment entities: ADM Academy Private Limited, which collects course payments, and payment gateways and banks that process them.
• Service providers: trusted vendors for website hosting, CRM, communication tools, analytics and advertising platforms, who act on our instructions.
• Hiring partners: employers and recruiters, only for students who opt in to placement assistance.
• Authorities: government, courts or regulators, when required by law.
• Business transfers: a successor entity, if we merge or restructure, subject to this policy.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, secure connections and restricted staff access, to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as required by law.

6. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand traffic and measure our advertising. • Ask us to correct, complete or update your data
• Ask us to erase your data, unless we must retain it by law
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect past processing)
• Raise a grievance and have it addressed
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you cannot

9. Children’s Privacy

Our courses are designed for students aged 18 and above. We admit a student under 18 only with the verifiable consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not track or monitor the behaviour of children or show them targeted advertising. If you believe a minor has shared data with us without consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to external sites such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

11. Data Storage and Transfers

Your data may be stored on servers or tools operated by our service providers, which may be located outside India. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers protect your data.
