Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Anshika Digital Media. These Terms & Conditions apply to everyone who enrols in our courses or uses our website and student portal. They exist to keep our classes disciplined, consistent and fair for every student.

1. About Us and Acceptance

Anshika Digital Media Private Limited operates the institute at F-76, Near Saket Metro Station Gate 2, New Delhi 110030. Course payments are collected by ADM Academy Private Limited. By enrolling, paying fees or using our website, you accept these Terms. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must also accept them on your behalf.

2. Admission and Eligibility

• Admission is confirmed only after you submit the enrolment form, pay the Admission Fee and the first instalment (or full fee), and receive a confirmation from us.
• You must give accurate personal details. False information may lead to cancellation of admission.
• Students under 18 need written consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Courses and Batches

• We offer training in Graphic Designing, Video Editing, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Advanced Data Science and Data Analytics.
• Course content, duration and fees are as shown at the time of your admission.
• We may change batch timings, trainers or the teaching format when needed, while keeping course quality.
• A batch transfer or course change is allowed once, as per our Fee Refund Policy.
• Software, devices and internet access needed for practice are the student’s responsibility, unless we have told you otherwise in writing.

4. Fees and Payment

• Pay all fees on or before the due dates agreed at admission.
• A late payment fee of ₹50 per day applies after the due date.
• Students on monthly instalments must keep paying on schedule, even if they take a break or miss classes.
• Bank charges for bounced NACH or ECS mandates, cheques or failed payments are payable by the student.
• Delayed payment may lead to suspension of classes, withholding of certificates or cancellation of admission.
• Fees are collected by ADM Academy Private Limited, and receipts will be issued in its name. Refunds follow our Fee Refund Policy.

5. Attendance and Leave

• Please attend classes regularly and on time. [Minimum [75]% attendance is required for certification and placement assistance.]
• Inform the institute in advance and get approval for any planned leave.
• An uninformed absence attracts a charge of ₹50 per day, payable with the next month’s fee.
• Monthly fees stay payable even if you are absent for the whole month without informing us.
• If you are absent for one month or more without informing us and without paying fees, your admission will be cancelled and your name removed from the student list.

6. Re-admission and Course Continuity

• If you stop attending for two months or more and want to rejoin, you may do so only after clearing all pending monthly fees and getting management approval.
• Course continuation after a long gap is allowed only if fee payments were kept up during your absence.
• Students who rejoin join the batch running at that time, and we cannot guarantee that missed topics will be repeated.

7. Certification

A course completion certificate is issued after you finish the course, meet the attendance requirement, complete assignments and projects, and clear all dues.

8. Job Placement Assistance

Anshika Digital Media provides job placement assistance to eligible students. This is assistance, not a guarantee of a job, salary or interview result.

To be eligible, you must:

• Attend classes regularly
• Complete all assignments and projects on time
• Build a professional portfolio during the course
• Clear all fee dues

What we do: guide you on your resume and portfolio, run mock interviews, and recommend your profile to hiring partners and schedule interviews where openings match your skills. Assistance continues for [6] months after course completion.

Final hiring decisions, roles and salaries are decided solely by employers. We cannot be held responsible if a student is not selected. Results depend on your performance, skills and attitude. Your profile is shared with employers only with your consent, as described in our Privacy Policy. Explore our students’ work in our Portfolio.

9. Student Conduct

• Respect trainers, staff and fellow students, and follow institute rules.
• No harassment, discrimination, abusive language, disruption of classes or damage to property.
• No sharing of login details, copying of assignments or misuse of institute equipment.
• Misconduct or rule violations may lead to a warning, suspension or termination of admission without refund.

10. Intellectual Property and Course Material

All course content, notes, videos, assignments, recordings and software resources belong to Anshika Digital Media or its licensors. They are for your personal learning only. You may not copy, record, share, resell or upload them without written permission. Work you create as a student remains yours, but you allow us to display it for teaching and promotion as described in Section 11.

11. Photos, Videos and Testimonials

We may take photos or videos in class or at events and may feature student work, reviews or results on our website and social media. We will do this only with your consent. You can withdraw consent by writing to us, and we will stop future use.

12. Website and Student Portal Use

• Keep your portal login confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful code.
• We try to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

13. Limitation of Liability

We provide training with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of income or opportunity, or damage to personal belongings. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the course in question.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end admission for non-payment, misconduct, false information or breach of these Terms. Refund eligibility in such cases is governed by the Fee Refund Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version applies from the date shown on this page. Continued enrolment or use of our services means you accept the changes.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please first write to us so we can resolve any issue amicably. If it is not resolved, the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction.
